Position Summary
This is a key role supporting marketing and sales efforts within our Technology Team. You’ll help coordinate campaigns, create content, and support outreach efforts. This is a growth opportunity, with potential to evolve into a full-time Marketing Coordinator position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns and digital content creation
- Manage social media updates and basic website content
- Manage email drip campaign content
- Coordinate with the sales team for client materials and marketing gifts
- Support presentation and proposal development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or education in marketing and communications
- Familiarity with tools like Prezi, Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp, LinkedIn etc.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office or similar software
- A self-starter eager to learn and grow
- Strong organizational skills
- Interest in technology, construction, or energy industries
